I’ve been where you are now...

I would drag myself out of bed each morning and fight the need for sleep for the rest of the day yet come 9pm I was getting an annoying second wind! On the weekends I was too exhausted to do the things that I love and spent way too much time sleeping in or napping. Add to this I had a constellation of health challenges. I got to the point where something had to change!

A realisation dawned on me that if I wanted to be well again it was up to me. As part of my quest for health I studied and certified as an Integrative Wellbeing Coach so that I could use whatever I learned to help myself and then help others.

I researched everything I could to understand the WHY and HOW of the body and restorative sleep. Because I needed sound evidence to dispel the myth that successful people don't sleep much. I needed to be convinced that sleep was the kindest thing I could do for myself and it was all in my control.

Things are so different for me now that I get quality sleep. I wake up refreshed and energised ready to rule my world and am more creative and productive than I think I have ever been!

I learnt that once your wellbeing is sorted, you can achieve whatever your heart desires, I believe you will change your world!

My dream for you is...

To feel like life loves you because you have the energy to do what you want, your mood is positive, you feel able to cope with the demands of daily life and your business will thrive with your creativity and productivity. People around you will say you look vibrant and sunshine happy!
