I took this course during a very stressful time. I nearly didn't take it due to work pressures but I am so glad I did. If you are exhausted and stressed and don't think you have the time to do this course, think again! Investing a little time each week to listen to the videos and podcasts and do the reading paid off tenfold. With lots of little changes, I began to see an impact almost immediately. At the end of 4 weeks I could see huge improvements.

I was waking up in the middle of every night and staying awake for at two hours at a time. I resorted to making tea and comfort eating then went back to sleep in the early hours only to be rudely awoken by the alarm and feeling exhausted each day. My sleep has radically improved and I sleep through most nights and awaken feeling rested. If I do awake during the night, I no longer panic and manage to return to sleep pretty quickly.

What if I'm not satisfied with the course?

If you're not completely satisfied with the purchase you have paid for, you may return it with a note describing why you are disappointed and we will issue a full refund for what you paid for the course and un-enrol you from the course and Facebook group.

How long do I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course materials for as long as the course is offered.

If you are a Group Course participant to attend the next round of group coaching calls post the 4 weeks in the Group Course there is a subscription fee.

When does the NEXT GROUP course start and finish?

The course officially begins on Monday, 10 July 2017 through to Sunday, 6 August 2017. The classroom will be open from Saturday, 8 July 2017 for orientation.

When are the coaching calls for the group course?

The group coaching calls are scheduled for Sundays at 8:00am and 7:00pm AEDT (Sydney, UTC+11). This ensures people from the USA, Canada, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand or neighbouring countries can choose one call a week to suit them.

I’m Bev, and just 3 years ago, I couldn’t sleep a wink through the night. Now? I drift melodiously off to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and energised ready to rule my world with more creativity and productivity than ever before.

Curious to know how a highly driven and successful entrepreneur who ran life on her own terms started sleeping well?
