I was waking up in the middle of every night and staying awake for two hours at a time. I resorted to making tea and comfort eating then went back to sleep in the early hours only to be rudely awoken by the alarm and feeling exhausted each day.

My sleep has radically improved and I sleep through most nights and awaken feeling rested. If I do awake during the night, I no longer panic and manage to return to sleep pretty quickly.

How long do I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course materials for as long as the course is offered.

As a Group Course participant there is a subscription fee to attend the next round of live Group Coaching calls post the 4 weeks in the Group Course.

When does the NEXT Group course start and finish?

The course officially begins on Monday, 9 October 2017 through to Sunday, 5 November 2017. The classroom will be open from Saturday, 7 October 2017 for orientation.

When are the coaching calls for the group course?
